This project centered on creating a bespoke tuxedo for a distinguished client attending a prestigious black-tie event. The goal was to craft a tuxedo that not only met the formal requirements of the occasion but also reflected the client’s unique style and attention to detail. The result was a timeless, elegant tuxedo that combined classic design with personalized touches.
For this tuxedo, we opted for a classic design featuring a shawl collar and satin lapels, elements that exude sophistication and are emblematic of traditional tuxedo styling. The fabric selection was crucial in achieving the desired look and feel. We chose a luxurious black wool fabric sourced from one of the finest mills in Italy.
To personalize the tuxedo, we worked closely with the client to incorporate subtle, unique details. The jacket was fully canvassed for a superior fit and longevity, and we included a bespoke lining featuring the client’s initials subtly embroidered inside. The buttons were covered in matching satin, adding to the overall sleekness of the design. Additionally, the client opted for a one-button closure, which emphasized the clean lines and refined silhouette of the tuxedo.
The client was thrilled with the final product, noting the exceptional fit, comfort, and the personalized details that made the tuxedo uniquely theirs.
Ensuring a perfect fit is a hallmark of Tailor 128’s bespoke services. We conducted multiple fittings to refine the tuxedo’s cut and drape, adjusting the jacket’s shoulders, sleeves, and waist to achieve a flawless fit. The trousers were tailored with a slim yet comfortable cut, featuring a satin stripe along the side seams, a nod to traditional tuxedo trousers.
The final tuxedo was a masterpiece of tailoring, embodying the perfect balance of tradition and modernity.
